2. Petitioner is in custody for 220 days.
3. 28.08 kg of Ganja was seized from the possession of the petitioner which constitutes commercial quantity under the NDPS Act, 1985. Police filed charge-sheet.
4. Period of detention taken in the context of the gravity of the offence with which, the petitioner stands charged with, does not inspire to invoke Article 21 of the Constitution of India and not in favour of the petitioner.
5. Prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
6. CRM (NDPS) 64 of 2026 is dismissed.
