Mr. Aniruddha Biswas ...for the State There appears inadvertent averments made in paragraph 12 of the application which relates to case of anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in connection with Mal Police Station Case No. 376 of 2020 dated 21.10.2020 for alleged offence under Sections 341/326/307/34 IPC adding Section 304 IPC. At this Stage, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits for not pressing the application with liberty to file afresh. Such liberty is granted.

Accordingly, upon hearing the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the State, C.R.M. 123 of 2021 is disposed of as not pressed with the liberty as prayed for.
