The allegations that police has not taken any complaint from him is now pending before the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Siliguri, being C.R. Case No. 1287 of 2018. Such complaint is still pending without any final order. The writ petition is premature at this stage and the prayer made therein to call for the records of the case pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Siliguri also cannot be entertained. Therefore, no relief can be granted in this writ petition at this stage. The writ petition is dismissed.
