Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. Some co-accused were granted bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is named in the First Information Report. The police case relates to a charge of murder. Considering the fact that the petitioner is named in the First Information Report and considering the fact that investigations are yet to be concluded, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

CRM (A) 74 of 2022 is dismissed.
