It appears from the demarcation report that it is found upon demarcation of the plot in question that the petitioner is not in possession of the entire plots in respect of which the decree was granted in his favour in title suit 112 of 2010.

The petitioner submits that execution case is pending before the learned trial Court.

Upon consideration of the material on record as well as the submission made on behalf of the parties, this Court is inclined to hold that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application since the order under contempt has been substantially complied with.

The contempt application being CPAN 2 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
