In the 5th line of 6th paragraph of the order dated 24.01.2025 the words 'satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tufanganj' be read as 'satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tufanganj, Cooch Behar'. 3.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. 4.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
