The petitioners were initially granted bail but failed to appear before the learned trial Court on several occasions for which warrant of arrest was issued against them on 30th June, 2023.

The petitioners seek to surrender before the learned trial Court within 7 days from date.

In the event the petitioners surrender before the learned trial Court within 7 days from date and file an application for bail, the learned trial Court shall deal with the same in accordance with law.

The warrant of arrest issued against the petitioners vide order passed on 30th June, 2023 as well as subsequent orders be stayed till 20th February, 2026. The revisional application being CRR 48 of 2026 is disposed of.
