1. This revisional application is not maintainable.

2. The petitioner seeks appointment of judicial member and/or administrative member in the State Administrative Tribunal and urges that such order be passed.

3. The superintending power of the High Court is over courts and tribunals under it in respect of discharge of judicial and quasi judicial function. Appointment of a member or a Chairman, to make the tribunal fully functional, cannot be directed by invoking the power under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

4. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of without any orders.

5. The petitioner is granted liberty to take steps, in accordance with law.

6. Liberty is granted to take back the certified copy upon furnishing a photocopy thereof.
