Mr. Kunaljit Bhattacharya Mr. Abhisek Palit ...for the Petitioner Mr. Bikramaditya Ghosh Mr. Pretom Das ...for the State Mr. Deborshi Dhar ...for the Fulbari Gram Panchayet The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been black listed by the 4th and 5th respondents without considering the contention of the petitioner as made out in the reply to the show cause notice issued by the authority.

Affidavits have not been exchanged.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner may be granted liberty to submit a comprehensive representation in this regard before the concerned authority and the authority may be directed to deal with the representation at the earliest.

The respondents have no objection to the said proposal of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation ventilating his grievance before the 3rd respondent within fortnight from date.

The 3rd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation within six weeks from the date of receipt thereof after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof. With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA No. 247 of 2022 is disposed of. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
