The matter has been brought to the list for correction of the surname of the learned Advocate for the State in the appearance portion of the order dated May 21, 2025. In the said portion the surname of the learned Advocate for the State Mr. Sumit Kumar has been wrongly recorded as 'Sarkar'.

Let the said surname be deleted and the surname 'Kumar' be inserted, other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to carry out necessary correction in the aforesaid order to the extent as indicated above, similar correction be also carried out in the certified copy of the said order, if already supplied to the parties, on production of the same.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
