Heard learned layers for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Instant case arose out of dispute amongst partners. Petitioner is an employee of the partnership firm. Keeping in mind the nature of allegation which has a civil profile and the extent of petitioner's complicity in the crime we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the BNSS 2023.

Petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. 5.

The application being CRM (A) 40 of 2025 is disposed of.
