Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the prayer for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected on September 24, 2021 in CRM 830 of 2021. The averment in the petition is that the petitioners approached this Court for first time by this petition and that no application is pending before any Court on the self same cause of action.

In view of the false statement made by the petitioners on oath, it would be appropriate to put the petitioners on terms.

The petitioners will pay costs assessed at Rs.10,000/- each to be paid to the West Bengal Legal

Services Authorities, Kolkata. The jurisdictional Court will ensure compliance of this order.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
