The alleged contemnor nos.1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 9 are present in virtual mode. The personal presence of the other contemnors is dispensed with.

It is submitted by Mr. Siddiqui that the process of selection of Anganwadi Workers under Child Development Project Officer, Tufanganj-II, ICDS Project, Cooch Behar has been initiated and completed and appointment letters to a large number of candidates have already been issued. It is further submitted that the process shall be completed as soon as possible, preferably within 45 days from date. In that view of the matter and considering the submissions of Mr. Siddiqui, this Court does not require any formal affidavit of compliance from the

alleged contemnors. The relevant documents, may be handed over by Mr. Siddiqui, are taken on record. The personal presence of the alleged contemnors are dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

The contempt application shall also stand disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
