Copies of such reports be circulated amongst the petitioner and other respondents.

It is submitted by Mr. Saha, learned Advocate representing the respondents No. 1, 2 and 3 that he has received an instruction from Mr. Ali, being the Officer-in-Charge, Legal Cell, Siliguri Police Commissionerate to submit that the charge-sheet in the matter has already been filed.

Accepting such submission to be true and correct, I find that nothing more is required to be adjudicated in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
