The petitioner prays for a direction upon the police authorities to register First Information Report against the private respondents and to restrain them from committing illegal acts.

Learned advocate representing the respondent nos. 6 to 9 denies the allegation of the petitioner. Learned advocate representing the police authority has obtained instruction from the Inspector-in-charge, Malbazar Police Station where from it appears that First Information Report has already been lodged and the investigation of the case is under progress.

Malbazar Police Station Case No 920 of 2022 dated 5th December, 2022 is under investigation.

As it appears from the instruction filed by the police that, the police case has already been registered accordingly, the police is directed to conclude the investigation proceeding at the earliest.

The Inspector-in-Charge of Malbazar Police Station is directed to ensure that the parties do not resort to any illegal activities.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
