The dispute squarely relates to a civil dispute and efficacious relief lies in the civil Court for the petitioner by filing a suit for declaration, permanent injunction and if necessary partition.

In view of such circumstances, I do not find any merit in the instant writ petition and accordingly the instant writ petition is dismissed.
