For the State Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not disclose that he filed a separate writ petition before this Court on the self-same cause of action earlier.

Due to non disclosure of the aforesaid relevant fact, the learned advocate advised the petitioner to file the present writ petition.

However, after getting the knowledge that the petitioner filed an earlier writ petition on the self-same cause of action, the learned advocate seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition.

In view of the above, W.P.A. 267 of 2022 stands dismissed as "withdrawn".
