Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition being W.P.5142 (W) of 2012 for release of his salary and the said writ petition was pending before the Principal Bench.

The issue with regard to the grant of pensionary benefit to the petitioner cannot be decided without hearing the application being W.P. 5142 (W) of 2012, which relates to payment of the salary of the petitioner. Let this writ petition for release of pensionary benefits of the petitioner be heard along with W.P. 5142 (W) of 2012.

The registry is directed to transfer this petition to the Principal Bench, where the writ application being W.P.5142 (W) of 2012 is pending.
