Upon consideration of the averments made in the restoration application, I am of the view that the petitioner has sufficiently explained the reasons for his non-appearance before this Court on February 10, 2025.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed, and the writ petition is restored to its original file and number. In re: WPA 292 of 2025 List this matter after one week before the next available Circuit Bench under the heading "Motion".

The petitioner shall communicate this order to respondent no.5 and file affidavit of service to this effect. The work order issued in favour of respondent no.5 shall abide by the result of the writ petition. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
