It is submitted by the Counsel for the petitioner that his wife, namely, Al Alksha Hayat has been produced before the Islampur Police Station. Her statement was recorded to the effect that she wants to live with the petitioner. It is also submitted that the wife, namely, Al Alksha Hayat is currently living with the petitioner.

Counsel for the respondent nos.6 to 9 submits that his clients shall not disturb the peaceful living of the petitioner and his wife.

This Court directs that the petitioner and Al Alksha Hayat will take good care of each other. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
