The petitioner has filed the present writ application claiming to be the wife of Lt. Chomit Lepcha. The description of the petitioner in the causetitle, as well as, in the affidavit remains the same. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the son of Lt. Chomit Lepcha and not his wife.

As it appears that the petitioner described himself incorrectly in the cause-title of the petition as well as in the affidavit, the present writ application is dismissed.

Leave granted to file fresh writ application on the self-same cause of action by giving proper particulars.
