The writ petition was filed on 4th February, 2020. The same was adjourned on 19th February, 2020. Yesterday (02.03.2020) the matter appeared in the list, but no one responded. The matter was therefor directed to appear in the list marked as "Last Chance". Even today, no one appears on behalf of the parties.

It is apparent that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
