None appears for the victim despite service.

The petitioner is in custody for about 100 days and prays for bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record.

The petitioner who is the brother in law of the victim allegedly ravished her.

Considering the nature and gravity of the offence as well as material on record, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

CRM (M) 27 of 2026 is disposed of.
