The records of this revisional application reflect that on 28.01.2021, 08.02.2021 and 10.01.2022 the petitioners were not represented before this Court, although Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty, learned APP appeared on behalf of the State.

The certified copy of the FIR or any order-sheet has also not been enclosed along with this revisional application. The subject-matter of the case relates to quashing of New Jalpaiguri Police Station Case No. 507 of 2020 dated 04.05.2020. A photostat copy of the FIR has been enclosed along with copy of two orders being CRM 4571 of 2020 and Criminal Misc. Case No. 807 of 2020 have been enclosed. On perusal of the records relied upon in this revisional application, I am of the opinion that the records are insufficient for adjudication and the change of circumstances has also not been pointed out to this Court. More than 2

years 3 months have passed since the FIR was registered and there is bound to be change of circumstances. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 13 of 2021 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
