From the report filed in Court today signed by the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Mathabhanga, Cooch Behar dated 10th July, 2025 it appears that a charge sheet being Mathabhanga P.S. Charge Sheet No. 386 of 2025, dated 19.06.2025, under Sections 419/420/120B of the IPC, read with Section 3 (1) (iv) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the accused persons has been filed before the learned Trial Court.

As the charge sheet has already been filed, the Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt application any further.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioner to raise all issues before the learned Trial Court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
