1. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no.4, the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer, Kolkata, to consider the written representations dated 8th April, 2p25 and 4th November, 2025 made by the petitioner.

2. It appears that vide the order dated 13.5.2025 in WPA 1043 of 2025, a Coordinate Bench had also directed consideration of such representations but it is submitted that as no time frame was given by the Court , the respondent no. 4 has not acted in respect of the said order for which the petitioner is facing severe prejudice.

3. In spite of service, the respondent no. 1 is not being represented.

4. Considering the said conduct of the respondent no. 1 and respondent no. 4

herein, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner's representations dated 8th April, 2025 and 4th November, 2025 be considered by the respondent no.4 within 30 days from the date of communication of this order and he shall consider and dispose of the said representations by passing a reasoned order and on hearing all stake holders in accordance with law within the period as directed by this Court.

5. WPA 189 of 2026 stands disposed of.
