The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings relating to Jaigaon Police Station Case No.107 of 2020 dated 20.04.2020 under Sections 448/341/500/323/354 /379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case out of previous rivalry and there are cases and counter cases and the petitioner no.1, who is a practising advocate, is facing social embarrassment because of the pendency of the criminal revision.

Mr. Aniruddha Biswas, learned advocate appearing

for the State submits that during pendency of the revisional application, charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Having regard to the change of circumstances, I grant liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court on receipt of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. No interference is called for at this stage. Accordingly, CRR 17 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
