Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail. 2.

He contends that he resides at a far off place and it is extremely difficult for him to attend the Investigating Officer once in a week.

Learned Advocate for the State submits petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail and further attendance is not necessary for progress of investigation.

Under such circumstances, we waive the condition of bail i.e. to meet the Investigating Officer once in a week. Petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer as and when necessary.

5.

Other conditions of anticipatory bail shall continue.
