Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated. Charge sheet has been submitted. Their custodial interrogation is not required. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record.
Considering the nature of injury inflicted upon the victims and material on record and prima facie involvement of the petitioners in the alleged offence, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
The application being CRM (A) 70 of 2026 is disposed of.
