He submits that he is ready and willing to cooperate with investigation. Learned lawyer for the State submits that offences under the West Bengal Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2013 has been added to the FIR. Section 21A of the said Act bars entertaining an application for anticipatory bail. Under such circumstances, petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application.
