The petitioner is in custody from 11th September, 2021. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the charge-sheet is yet to be submitted.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is in custody for five months, the concerned investigating agency is directed to complete the investigation and submit the charge-sheet within four months from date.

Since the offence is under the NDPS Act, the prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM(NDPS) 33 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above order.
