The petitioners who are members of the matrimonial family of the de facto complainant seek parity with the co accused who have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record.

In view of the fact that the petitioners are similarly circumstanced with the co accused who have been granted anticipatory bail earlier and also considering the extent of their complicity in the alleged offence, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to provision under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

The petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date. The application being CRM (A) 76 of 2026 is disposed of.
