It is really alarming that the suit is still hovering around for framing of issues despite suggested issues having filed by the respective parties.

My attention is drawn to various orders passed in the said suit and no attempt has been shown to frame the issues.

The revisional application is disposed of directing the learned Judge in the trial court to frame the issues on the next date so fixed and endeavour shall be shown to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. ab (Harish Tandon, J.)
