This contempt petition arises out of an order dated 12th September, 2019 passed by this court. Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to an order passed by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this court in RVW 113 of 2019 dated 24th April, 2019 reported in (2019) 2 CHN 187 in which applications for review and contempt are to be heard by the principal Bench. In view of the above submissions, let this matter be transferred to the principal Bench.
