From the record it appears that the instant criminal revisional application arises out of an order passed by the Executive Magistrate under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The Executive Magistrate on 16.07.2021 has passed the impugned order ex parte.

Under the facts and circumstances of the case the instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous due to efflux of time.

Accordingly, instant revisional application i.e. CRR 12 of 2022 is disposed of.
