Case No. 642 of 2019 dated 14.11.2019 under sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 6/17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Rudra ... ... for the petitioner Mr. Madhusudan Sur, APP Mr. Manoranjan Mahata ... ... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in cohabiting with a minor and compel her to commit suicide, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
