Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are ad idem of the fact that accused has already been surrendered before the Superintendent, Correctional Home on 5th March, 2025 pursuant to the order dated 17th February, 2025.

The interim bail was granted on account of admission of mother of the petitioner in hospital.

Considering all facts and circumstances, the C.R.M. (NDPS) 7 of 2025 stands disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
