The matter relates to recruitment to the post of Constable (male) in West Bengal police.

The petitioner initially approached the West Bengal State Administrative Tribunal by filing OA 467 of 2020. Reasoned order has been passed in compliance of the direction passed by the West Bengal State Administrative Tribunal.

I am afraid that the issue cannot be entertained or decided by this Court, at this stage.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

The petitioner will, however, be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for relief, if so advised. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
