3. Approximately 100 kg Ganja which is a commercial quantity of the contraband in the NDPS Act, 1985 was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner.

4. Petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. CRM (NDPS) 88 of 2026 is dismissed.
