1. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. In this application the petitioners have prayed for substituting two registered sureties instead of one local surety.

3. In view thereof, the order dated 20.02.2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall furnish a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two registered sureties of like amount each, subject to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri.

4. CRAN 1 of 2024 is thus disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
