And In the matter of : Santosh Krishna More Mr. Jeenia Rudra ... ... for the petitioner Mr. Saibal Bapuli, APP Mr. Arani Bhattacharyya ... ... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in torturing the victim housewife as it would be evident from the statements of witnesses as well as injuries on the body of the victim as per post-mortem report, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
