Today, the petitioner is absent but a proxy Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter may be placed before the next Circuit.

Mr. Dhar, learned A.G.P. of the Circuit Bench representing the State submits that the matter relates to retiral benefits of a State police constable, since deceased, filed by his daughter.

This matter, therefore, should be heard by the State Administrative Tribunal.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the State Administrative Tribunal. The time period spent from

the date of filing of the writ petition till the date of the order may be exempted while the petitioner approaches the Tribunal.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
