The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-renewal of his pharmacy license by respondent nos. 2 to 4. The learned advocate representing respondent nos. 2 to 4, however, submits that the relevant authorities have no objection to renewing the petitioner's license, provided that he submits the requisite documents and meets with the Registrar of the West Bengal Pharmacy Council.

In light of the above, there is no justification for keeping this writ petition pending.

The petitioner shall meet with the Registrar of the West Bengal Pharmacy Council within two weeks

from the date of this order and furnish all necessary documents for the renewal of his registration. If respondent no. 4 is satisfied with the documents submitted by the petitioner, the license shall be renewed in accordance with the law. Conversely, if the petitioner is found ineligible for the renewal of his registration, the authorities shall issue a reasoned order to the petitioner without delay. The entire process shall be concluded within a period of two months.

Accordingly, WPA 329 of 2025 is disposed of.
