It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that although the writ application had been filed challenging the tender process, however, during pendency of the present proceedings since the work order has already been issued and the contract executed in favour of the successful bidder is being executed, the present writ application has become infructuous by efflux of time and he prays for withdrawal of the present writ application.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ application being WPA 302 of 2021 is dismissed as having become infructuous. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
