Mr. Pronojit Roy ... ... for the petitioners Mr. Saswata Gopal Mukherjee, PP ... ... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in assaulting the victim who suffered head injury and hospitalization, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
