Accordingly, the petitioners would not like to press this application and would instead file a fresh application on relevant grounds.

In view of the above and on the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioners from filing an application afresh on relevant grounds.
