Ms. Aindreela Chakraborty ... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as he stands on the same footing with Nisith Pramanik whose prayer for pre-arrest bail was turned down earlier and since the petitioner had absconded for a protracted period of time, we are not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
