Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as he has criminal antecedents and does not stand in the same footing with co-accused persons who have been granted pre-arrest bail, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
