1. Considering the gravity of the charges and the materials placed before the Court including the contents of the Case Diary, we are of the view that custodial interrogation is not required and are inclined to grant the prayer for anticipatory bail.

2. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of who shall be local, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Authority. The petitioner is further directed to comply with the provision of Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The petitioner shall not induce witnesses or influence

them or tamper with the evidence. The petitioner shall also make himself available for the trial as and when the petitioner is required and shall also not leave the jurisdiction of the concerned police station without leave of the concerned authorities.
