Adv. Jaydeep Kanta Bhowmik, Adv. Shubham Kumar, Adv. Priti Das, Adv. Moumita Shome, ...for the petitioner.

Adv. Nilay Chakraborty, Adv. Namrata Das, ... for the State Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties pertains to a monetary transaction. The petitioner has been falsely implicated. Co accused are on bail. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record.

Injuries sustained by the victims appear to be simple in nature.

Upon consideration of the material on record and extent of complicity of the petitioner in the alleged offence, this Court is inclined to hold that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required and he may be granted anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Court directs that in the event of arrest, the petitioner namely Md. Mahabul Alam @ Mahabul Alam be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand

only) with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
